At White Fern Stays, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair while ensuring smooth operations for all our guests.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel their booking at least 24 hours before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: If a cancellation is made within 1 hour of check-in, a 100% charge of the booking amount applies.
  • No-Show: If a guest does not check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, 100% of the first night’s booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Eligible refunds will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.
  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used during booking (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, bank transfer).
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Some promotional rates and last-minute bookings may be non-refundable. This will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

3. Early Check-Out & Amendments

  • If a guest checks out early, refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the remaining stay duration and the room rate booked.
  • Date modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Force Majeure & Exceptions

In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or emergencies, we may offer flexible cancellation options or rescheduling without additional charges.
