Welcome to White Fern Stays! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (www.whitefernstays.com) and services. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General Terms

  • White Fern Stays operates as a serviced apartment provider in Hyderabad.
  • By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion.

2. Reservations & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our website, authorized third-party platforms, or by contacting our reservations team.
  • Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods.
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 1 hour of check-in may incur a 100% charge of the booking amount.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the first night’s booking fee.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 1 PM | Check-out time: 11 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities & House Rules

  • Guests must respect other residents and maintain cleanliness in common areas.
  • Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in common areas.
  • Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment; designated areas are available for meetings.
  • Any damage caused to the property by a guest will be charged accordingly.

6. Guest Eligibility

  • White Fern Stays does not permit check-ins for unmarried couples. All guests may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification upon check-in.
  • We reserve the right to deny accommodation and cancel any reservation if this requirement is not met. In such cases, the booking will be considered non-refundable.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

  • White Fern Stays is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability and may update our services without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

White Fern Stays reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
